	fluXXion’s Board is a mix of industry veterans and investment managers from well established clean tech venture capital firms.
	Marc Lambrechts, Chairman Senior Investment Manager at Capricorn Venture Partners, Leuven Belgium Was a senior scientific advisor at I.W.T. and section head with the R&D division of Terumo Europe prior to joining Capricorn Venture Partners. He has a PhD in Microelectronics from the University of Leuven, with a specialisation in biosensors.
	Rob Wylie, partner with WHEB Ventures Rob has focused on the clean technology investment area for almost 20 years. Prior to forming WHEB Ventures, Rob ran the WHEB Partnership with Kim Heyworth where together they helped over twenty cleantech companies secure investment, develop routes to market and establish management teams. Rob spent ten years in Shell’s agrochemical business before working with Rothschild’s Bioscience unit looking at clean technology investment opportunities. He then joined Kim at KPMG, where he spent three years advising on the development of a variety of environmental funds in Central and Eastern Europe.
	Geoff Randall has a portfolio of non-executive responsibilities in companies which are in the early days of establishment. His role has been to help their management to handle the transition from laboratory to break even. His speciality is technology transfer and the associated people skills that are required. In addition to his role in WHEB Geoff is a founder Director of the Rainbow Seed Fund which invests in technology coming from PSRE establishments. The core of his knowledge in this area is based on a full time career in ICI, Zeneca and AstraZeneca where he was Director of Global Health, Safety and Environmental Operations.
	Peter Sygall spent most of his professional life with Philips having held top management positions in engineering and technology development. He was technically responsible for various very large development projects within Philips, such as DCC. Several spin off’s such as ONSTREAM and later on fluXXion were based on these projects. Apart from being lead founder of these two companies he is also a board member of other small sized high technology companies.
