Rob van der Meij: CEO fluXXion BV is an experienced international business manager both in large corporations and start ups.  He worked for Akzo Nobel, Gemini Consulting and Shell in R&D, technical, sales, strategy business development and general management roles. He has developed many multi-company, multinational technology alliances. Before he joined fluXXion he was CEO of the bio-fuels start up company KiOR and the catalyst company Hermes Catalyst.

Thijs Bril: CTO fluXXion BV, is an experienced international technology manager, both of large corporations and spin out ventures. He started his career at Philips Research and worked in various management positions within the Philips organization, both in the Netherlands and the USA. He developed and managed large complex operations and technology projects across the world in the semi-conductor and electronics industry. He is co-Founder of  fluXXion.

Leon van Herten: COO fluXXion BV, has a proven track record of turning around and streamlining business processes, for international oriented companies. He used his extensive project management and cost engineering skills during several very large innovation projects from concept to market introduction. In his current role he is responsible for all financial, operational and logistic activities within fluXXion BV. He is co-founder of fluXXion.

Ben Brocades: Director Marketing & Sales, has a lot of experience in marketing & sales having held several marketing and sales management positions in a number of companies in the chemicals and filtration industries . He drove the business development of  Norit/X-Flow, a leading world renowned company in the field of industrial separation solutions and membrane filtration. He has especially a lot of experience in the development of new membrane filtration business with OEM’s in the process industry.
